TASTING
Nose: its refinement and elegance, little by little appearing in the glass the fruit notes to apple, pear, peach, fragmentation hand grenade, etc.
It is light and balance, very pleasant and tasty palate. It is persistent in mouth. Typical acidity making it a lively wine.

RECOMMENDATIONS
It is ideal with seafood (prawns, king prawns, lobster, and so on), fishes and it may good with some light meats.

TASTING
Valdequemao Chardonnay has a straw yellow colour with greenish highlights, Clear and shining.

Extremely intense aromas mainly tropical fruit notes. It has a highly complex aroma with a very vigorous character.

On the palate is well balanced and the exotic fruit characters are highlighted. It has good boy and displays a marked persistence. It’s is silky on its way through the mouth and has a long after-taste, doing of this Chardonnay and excellent varietal.

RECOMMENDATIONS
It is ideal with all type of fish, seafood, etc. But its strong structure makes it to be a good companion for many meats not too heavy,  it may support any kind of food.
