ELABORATIÓN
This wine is made with the most traditional variety “Tempranillo”. The grapes are harvested around mid September following the careful monitoring of their ripeness. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats with constant pumping over to extract all of the aromas and tastes of the Tempranillo grape.

TASTING
Cherry red colour with violet hues that are characteristic of its youth.
Intense fruity aromas of strawberries, blackberries with elegant hints of spice.
Intense and balanced, it reveals mature, structured tannins, long-lasting on the palate with an ample end taste, reminiscent, once again, of berries and spices.

RECOMENDATIONS
Ideal with meat, roasts, game, cured or semi-cured cheeses.
Service temperature at 16º-18º

ELABORACIÓN
Alter a careful vinification 100% tempranillo grapes using the traditional maceration. This wine is aged in American oak barrels for a period of 6 months. Then it is bottled resting 180 days before being released.

CATA
A dark bright rubi red colour, with purple and violet tonalities, dense, deep and well-balanced.
To the nose the ripeness of the grapes and elegance of the wood is evident, with multiple harmonious notes and a complex aroma of black fruits, preserves underscored by spicy. Firstly, ripe and sweet fruit, later, soft hints coming through.
Expressive, full the mouth. Firstly, the red fruit spreads through the palate. Touch of soft and elegant wood and subtle hints of cinnamon and vanilla.

RECOMMENDATIONS
It is a perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine, fried food, grilled vegetables, paella, beef (roast, stewed or grilled) and cheese.
Service temperatura 16º - 18 º.

TASTING
This wine is very nice for its intense red purple colour.
To the nose it displays expressive raspberries aromas with dark plum and peppery notes. Often there are additional notes of liquorice, bitter chocolate and mocha. Although it is not too intense, it’s fine and elegant.
On the palate the nutmeg accent enhances the typical notes of Syrah. It is rich with firm tannins followed by a well-balanced and lingering finish. I wine with a great personality.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Valdequeamao Syrah pairs well with heavy foods. Barbequed foods as in chicken, lamb, and steak are awesome with this wine..

TASTING NOTES
This is a young and expressive 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. A wine with a deep red colour and purple lines.
To the nose displays red fruit aromas with spicy pepper notes.
It has a ripe warm fruitiness with soft tannins on the palate. The tannins are ripe and accessible. It is elegant, with round tannins, well balanced and long lingering.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Valdequemao Cabernet Sauvignon goes well with beef, lamb and goose, especially when cooked with herbs. It also is a great match for brie, cheddar cheese and chocolate
